Do I have to enter my credit card details to book?

A credit card number with the expiry date and the name of the owner must be entered for the reservation. We ask for a pre-authorisation to guarantee the amount of the first night without withdrawing any amount.

Which credit cards do you accept at the hotel?

In our hotel we accept various types of credit cards:

Cancellation

How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel a booking made by e-mail, telephone or Whatsapp you must contact the hotel directly at booking@hotelmontini.com If the booking was made directly on our site or through other sites (booking, expedia, etc.) you can cancel only through the original form of booking and according to their conditions of change and/or cancellation (full refund, partial or total charge).

When is the deadline to cancel my booking?

In general, the deadline for cancellation by email or phone is 12.00 p.m. on the day before check-in.

Tourist tax

Is there a city tax? What is the cost?
